Cookies PC Repairs and Stationery Supplies (“Cookies Stationery Supplies”) shall only supply goods to you on the following Standard Terms and Conditions unless we agree, anything else must be in writing, to vary these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
PRICING AND DELIVERY
The price of goods is subject to change without notice.
The customer agrees that the delivery docket signed, whether by any employee or the customer or any other person signing for or on behalf of the customer, shall be conclusive evidence of delivery.
Turn back orders are charged at cost plus 15%.
Credit Card Purchases carry an additional fee of 2.2%
Minimum Order Quantities / Freight
Metropolitan Brisbane (4000 – 4207, 4300 – 4305, 4500 – 4519, 9000 – 9015)
All orders over $100 (net of discounts and excluding GST) will be sent to the address stated on the purchase order and delivered free. If the order is below the minimum order requirement, an additional freight charges of $9.90 will be charged.
Country Queensland (outside the Brisbane Metro postcode listed above)
Outside Brisbane Metropolitan freight charges of $19.90 will be charged.
Interstate
All orders to any other state other then Queensland will be charged $26.00 per order
GST
All prices will be quoted inclusive of GST. Invoices will be issued in the prescribed form as set out by Section 195-1 of the ‘A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (C’th); and the related imposition Acts of the Commonwealth (“The GST Law”).
RETURN OF GOODS
A 15% Restocking Fee applies to good(s) returned within 14 days of original invoice, except for faulty products.
Any Goods which you return for credit will only be accepted if they are in the original packaging and in sale-able order and condition.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of our original invoice and a return order number.
Diaries and similar seasonal items are non-returnable.

Cookies Stationery Supplies reserves the right to implement a strict COD arrangement with
any new client for a period of up to 120 days
